Join us on Saturday 15th August for a special Summer Soundbath at Salthrop House. We'll begin with oracle cards and a grounding meditation before easing into a sound journey with Tibetan and crystal bowls + sacred percussion. Afterwards, enjoy a tea ceremony and time to wander the gardens.

As the height of summer unfolds, join us for a Special Summer Soundbath in the tranquil garden yoga studio at Salthrop House - a peaceful evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and savour the beauty of the season.
We'll begin by drawing an oracle card to set personal intention for the session before settling into a gentle guided meditation. With the studio's sash windows opened wide onto the gardens, you'll be accompanied by a soft summer breeze, birdsong and the gentle hum of nature as you ease into a deeply restorative…

This ticket grants access to a special Summer Soundbath at Salthrop House, including free parking. It includes a 60-minute guided soundbath in the beautiful garden yoga studio, beginning with oracle cards and a guided meditation, followed by a peaceful tea ceremony and time to wander the gardens. All equipment is provided - simply wear comfortable clothing and bring a light layer if desired.
