[ABOUT ME]

I’m Sian Ellis Williams, the owner & founder of ELLISTORE - Wellbeing, and I’m absolutely delighted to have you here. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share a bit about my journey into sound healing. This practice has truly transformed my life, and I believe it’s a powerful tool for everyone to benefit from. When I first started my own journey with sound healing, I found it so helpful and moving to connect with others who had similar experiences or had experienced similar emotions as I was facing. My hope is that this introduction offers you insight into who I am, how sound healing has helped me, and how it can support you on your own path to improving your wellbeing.

For over 13 years I have worked within the architecture and design industry, a career I continue to enjoy today through my consultancy work. However, after years of chronic stress, perfectionism and pushing through at all costs, I experienced severe burnout and a mental health breakdown that led to a period of severe clinical depression. It was a difficult chapter of my life, but one that ultimately forced me to stop, reassess and begin rebuilding in a different way.

During my recovery, I found a new passion in sound healing. It had been present in my life for some time, but for the first time I truly leant into it and began taking it seriously. I found myself returning to it again and again because it was one of the few things that genuinely helped. It gave me moments of stillness, rest and perspective when I needed them most.

The more I experienced its benefits, the more curious I became. I wanted to understand why it worked, learn everything I could about the practice and eventually train so that I could share it with others. What began as a personal lifeline evolved into both a profession and a completely different way of approaching life and work. It gave me the confidence to shape a life that felt more aligned with who I truly was.

Today, I am self-employed across both wellbeing and design, combining two worlds that continually inspire one another. Sound healing has become the foundation from which everything else grows, bringing a sense of balance and purpose that I was missing for many years.

Alongside public, private and one-to-one sessions, I work with corporate clients, retreats and events, collaborating with other wellbeing practitioners, retreat facilitators, yoga and Pilates studios to create meaningful experiences that support both individual and collective wellbeing.

My background in architecture continues to influence my work. I care deeply about creating thoughtful, sensory-led experiences where every detail has been considered, from the atmosphere and environment to the flow of the session itself.

What I love most about this work is the connection it creates - connection to ourselves, to others and to a slower, more intentional way of being. I can't imagine my life without sound healing now, and I feel incredibly grateful to share it with others.
