Join us on Sunday 26th July for a Sauna, Cold Plunge + Soundbath experience in Shaftesbury. We'll begin with 1 hr of sauna and cold plunge before easing into a 60-minute sound journey with Tibetan and crystal bowls + sacred percussion. Afterwards, enjoy a gentle tea to ground before heading home.

Join us for a unique Sunday morning at Nordic Soul, bringing together the invigorating benefits of contrast therapy with the deeply calming effects of immersive sound. Surrounded by woodland, this is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and begin your day feeling refreshed in both body and mind.
From 9:00 - 10:00am, you'll have one hour to move freely between the authentic Scandinavian wood-fired sauna and invigorating cold plunge pools at your own pace. Single Participant Ticket
This ticket grants access to a Sauna, Cold Plunge + Soundbath experience at Nordic Soul. It includes one hour to enjoy the wood-fired sauna and cold plunge at your own pace, followed by a 60-minute guided meditation and immersive soundbath. Full changing facilities are available on site, with all soundbath equipment provided. Simply bring your swimwear, a towel, and comfortable clothing or a dressing gown to change into afterwards if you wish.
