Join us on Friday 20th March for an immersive candlelit experience at Salthrop House. We’ll begin with oracle cards and ceremonial-grade cacao before easing into a grounding meditation. From there, you’ll be guided through a sound journey with Tibetan and crystal bowls + sacred percussion.

This candlelit soundbath + cacao ceremony is the perfect opportunity to reset and restore - a nurturing space to ground yourself, release what no longer serves, and gently realign your energy as we prepare to leave the dark cold nights behind us.
We’ll begin with oracle cards and a ceremonial serving of cacao, creating space to set intentions and drop into presence. Known as the “food of the gods”, cacao is a gentle, plant-based heart medicine that helps open emotional pathways, deepen meditation, and foster connection - both with yourself and the world around you.…

Single Participant Ticket
This ticket grants access to a cosy evening at Salthrop House, including free parking. It includes a 60-minute guided soundbath in the warm, candlelit yoga studio, complemented by a short 15-minute cacao and oracle card ceremony to set intentions. All set-up is provided - no equipment is needed. Please wear comfortable, warm clothing, as body temperature can drop during the soundbath (socks are recommended).
