A Soundbath at Salthrop House
Join us on 20th September for a 60-minute soundbath in the abundant grounds of Salthrop House. We’ll begin with oracle cards and a grounding meditation before immersing in a live sound journey with Tibetan + crystal bowls, chimes and gentle percussion. Afterwards, enjoy a calming tea in the gardens.

Set in the peaceful garden yoga studio - no prior experience needed, open to all
Oracle cards for intention setting, held in a space filled with flickering candlelight and grounding scents
Immersive live soundbath with singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments
All equipment provided: yoga mats, head cushions, eye cushions, fleeces, and blankets
Invitation to a 30-minute herbal tea ceremony afterwards
Join us in the serene gardens of Salthrop House for a restorative group soundbath - a chance to unwind, reconnect, and align with like-minded souls through the healing power of sound.
