An immersive 60 minute experience for 3 + people, where you are bathed in the sounds of instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, and more. The session begins with a guided meditation to help you relax before moving into the instrumental portion. While most instruments are played from a static point, some will move around the space, creating a fully encapsulating sound experience. Designed to promote deep rest and inner balance, this session offers a chance to unwind, reflect + reset, and find stillness.
[1:1 SOUND HEALING THERAPY & SOUND MASSAGE]
This experience is largely similar to the 1:1 Sound Healing Therapy described above, with the addition of sound massage. Sound massage involves placing Tibetan singing bowls directly on the body, allowing their resonance to ripple through you. This enhances the physical effects of sound, creating a deeper, more powerful experience. While it offers all the benefits of a standard 1:1 session, the targeted vibrations provide even greater physical relief. The intensity can be focused on specific areas, helping to alleviate pain, and warm water can be added to the bowls for extra soothing.
The sound massage portion takes place before the guided meditation and main sound journey, ensuring you still receive the full benefits of deep relaxation and a meditative state. Please note the sound journey portion will be shorter to facilitate time for the sound massage. Bowls can also be placed directly on the body during the sound journey - this can be discussed beforehand to suit your preferences.
